Plugin to Open Website (1 Viewer)

Is there a plugin that you could use to open a predefined website? (news, traffic) so you can open these websites from the mediaportal menu to scan headlines or something similar.

With NetTv coming up, you'd expect that type of functionality, but couldn't find anything (the terms are a rather unfortunate to search effectively)
