Hey, I have had the same problems using a PVR-150-MCE for TV from satellite decoder -> HTPC -> LCD TV I originally had the satellite decoder connected to the PVR-150 via composite video (yellow RCA plug). I found that by using a S-Video connection instead, the picture was MUCH clearer, particualry when viewing on EPG (i.e. text was much easier to read). My decoder didn't have an S-Video output but it did have a Scart plug, so I had to use a Scart-to-S-Video adapter cable. Note that you may have to change the SCART port settings on your DECODER (ie. not your HTPC) to tell it to output S-Video from the Scart plug instead of composite. I didn't do this at first and all I got was black-and-white video. Once I change the decoder Scart port settings, it was awesome. Good luck. Cheers Brett
