After setting the screen calibration (Picture 1), the TV picture will be displayed correctly, but the Videotext in full screen not (Picture 2). On my CRT I can't see the top line of the videotext because it is in the overscan range.

    You need to use the "UI Calibration" for the teletext, not the video overscan calibration. Teletext is part of the OSD not the video.
