Possibility to switch off timeshifting in the new TV3 (1 Viewer)

Hallo,

i dont't see any enhancement to have timeshifting running by default.
I think it would be a great improvement to turn timshifting off by default and when it
needed to switch it on.
In my case the timeshifting need time to save the flow to my disk and i get a stuttering picture during this time.
Because this, i can not use TV3.
