Possible to disable WinMediaCenter's from remote controls? (1 Viewer)

Hi, Fantastic piece of software! Look forward to playing around with all the configs, etc.

I'm running this on a Vista Ultimate machine with the Media Center's services running in the background. Is there a way I can entirely shut down the Media Center functions in Vista? My first intention is to prevent Media Center from being activated by my MCE remote.

MP works well with the remote, however, a push of 'My Videos' controls both MP and Vista MC. If I can't disable VMC, then at least remove its hooks from the remote API somehow. Thanks....
