Now I have a fully functioning tv server (resolved hauppauge driver issue) I need to work on h264 namely "BBC HD". My setup Dedicated TV server Core duo E2180, 2GB RAM, Hauppauge 500pvr, Hauppauge wintv DVB-S/S2 TVEngine 1.0 RC1 HTPC pendium D 2.6Ghz, 1GB RAM, PowerColour (ATI) HD 3650, MediaPortal 1.0 RC1 No SVNs on either PC. My problem is when I play the "BBC HD" channel my system is obviously not using the hardware decoding properties of the hd 2650 card because my CPU on the client is pegged at 100% and the video is slow and out of sync with the audio. I've bought the CoreAvc codec but had no improvement, I've tried the ATICodec but no better.... I've also took a look at goose's ffdshow guide but no luck. The network shows a healthy 17Mbit/s when playing so I can rule that out too.... also the tv server cpu is at around 5% when playing BBC HD on my client. So, anyone have any ideas? Regards, Jon
