PowerDVD 9 keys / shotcut problem with BluRay (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have a problem with the keyboard shotcuts (N -> Next Chapter, P -> previous ) of PowerDVD 9 and an BluRays:

If I watch a BluRay the N / P Buttons work fine, until the (HD) Film starts. Meaning I can switch Chapters with the film previews, but in main movie they don't react anymore.

The up/down/left/right and enter do fine!

Can anybody confirm this? Or is it a system specific problem?

I know this is a very old thread but I had the same problem myself which I've just sorted. There's a keyboard option in the BluRay settings tab of PDVD. Disabling that did the trick for me.
