Hi there,
I hope you might be able to help.
I'm trying to get my system to hibernate but then power up at recordings etc. At the moment I'm having problems getting the system to hibernate at all.
I've got Powerscheduler loaded on the client and server with settings as follows:
Server:
- Shutdown after 2 minutes idle (ticked)
- Wakeup server for various events (ticked)
- Prevent system standby when grabbing EPG (ticked)
- Wakeup for EPG grabbing (ticked)
- Processes which can prevent standy: SetupTV, configuration
(all others unticked)
Client:
Powerscheduler Plugin Client (on the same HTPC) enabled
- Shutdown client after 2 minutes idle (ticked)
- Shutdown to hibernate
(all others unticked)
MPStandbyHandler
I've got this service running with resume as follows:
"TVServiceStart", "Mediaportal Start"
and suspend as follows:
"TVServiceStop", "Mediaportal Stop"
I've tested the startup and shutdown which runs fine on MPStandbyHandler but won't seem to kick in for the main PC.
Any ideas?
