Powerscheduler problem resume (1 Viewer)

Hi I have a problem with powerscheduler as I often get black screen after resuming from standby. I have reinit TVcard checked (because otherwise I often have the problem that the remote is not working after resuming)

In the error log I can see this:
2007-01-28 09:18:41.000000 [ERROR][8]: PlaneScene: re-entrancy in presentimage


And then the screen is black.

If I kille Mediaportal, Windows is running OK underneath, and I can start MP agian and everything is OK

Can I send other logs, to diagnose the problem?

What TV-card are you using?

Sorry forgot my spec:
Danish Windows XP, SP2 and all updates.
MP 0.2.2. and SVN from mid jan 2007
TVcard. PVR150
Graphic card: Nvidia 6200

I believe this might be a Hauppauge 150 problem, do you get BSOD on exiting MP after black screen?

No I dont get BSOD after exit of the frozen black screen (Kill MP)
I see my normal window background, only without any icons. The taskbar is also missing. but pressing the "windows key" on the keyboard loads the start menu, and here I can start MP - and everything seems to be working OK.

I have also been struggling with this problem for some weeks now.

I generally notice it first thing in the morning... I have a wakeup event setup to download the EPG daily at 6am, however once completed the PC doesn't shut down after the preset 20min. If I turn on the TV I have a blank screen. The only way to get function back is to CTRL+ALT+DEL and terminate MP, then windows is back to normal and I can start MP again no probs.

I have noticed that the in Application Log in Event Viewer I have a "MediaPortal.exe Hanging Application" error every time this problem occurs.

I have been force to disable PowerScheduler due to this problem.

I'm not at home right now so can't post logs but my system specs can be seen below avatar.

Is this using Hibernate or standby, Have you got anything besides mouse\keyboard\mce receiver plugged into a usb.

Sorry, should've mentioned that.

I am using S3 standby.

Attached to my USB ports are:
1. Logitech Keyboard/Mouse Receiver
2. MS Remote Receiver
3. USB extension cable (ie. leading from the back of the pc to the front - for plugging memorystick into)

Do you think it might be a usb issue?

I have essentially the same problem.

If PC is in standby (S3 being used) and a TV recording has been set to record, then:
With Powerscheduler enabled
The PC resumes and begins recording (& MP is still running)
However a Black screen occurs (can see pointer - if mouse is used).

Similarly, "... If I kill Mediaportal, Windows is running OK underneath, and I can start MP agian and everything is OK...."

Would be grateful for any suggestions.

Also:
Powerscheduler was set to resume 2mins prior to the recording begin time (and in MP settings it is set to record 5min pre & post of the Guides defined times) - hmm - wonder if this is causing problem?
