MP is not in use, so I can look it up and be more clear...
I created a new task and called it "Unmute system after wake up/boot".
Than I created two triggers when to run.
At log in of any user
At an event!
Logbook: system
source: Power-troubleshooter
event-id: 1
To define the action I set to run the unmute.bat
Start program
Program/script: unmute.bat
Start in: C:\NirCMD
I have my unmute.bat file placed in a new folder in the root of the C-drive called NirCMD.

I think you will manage now...
