Prechange macro (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I have thomson upc mediabox and anoying part about it is that if you are currently tuned in to channel and you try to switch to exactly the same channel upc information channels tunes in. I tried contacting upc and complaining that it is not the right behaviour but they don't do anything about it and they just say that i need to change channel one more time. e.g. if i watch program on channel 101 and i want to record it while i am on the same channel tv server blusts the channel number 101 and as I am on the same channel box tunes in to upc information channel.
So is there anyway I could assign a macro to prechange channel to upc information channel and after to the channel tv server wants to change? Or is there a way for tv server to check if it is on the same channel it shouldn't blast? Or should i try other applications which have option where I could specify channel change script?

I kind off solved issue but it is not 100% valid.
I set batch script to change channel to info one on stb when windows goes to standby and on wakeup. I setup prechange button to channel down this solves problem with recording while being on the same channel but let say i am watching channel 103 and recording is scheduled on channel 102 so ir server suite will change channel down to 102 and will try to tune in to 102 one more time and upc info channel will come up.
So idealy I would like to assign macro to prechange command so that it would tune to info channel first and after to channel recured.
Is it a new feature request? If yes than we can close this thread but if it is not please let me know how to assign macro to prechange command for stb as I have sorted out standby issues, recording after standby, webepg running out of standby,tv logos and another client so there is no way back

Lol, UPC, in Romania we switch to RDS, UPC are crap.
