I also seem to suffer from this problem, anny way that there can be an option added to prvent this?It's pretty annoying that a FTA channel from DVB-C is combined with a scrambled channel from DVB-S and when tvserver decides that you watch the DVB-S one, there comes the error 'channel is scrambled'
