Preview picture for video files (1 Viewer)

Hallo,
I just changed from MS VMC to the MediaPortal because the VMC was so unstable and slow....

When I now go into my Video folder I see my subfolders etc.
Inside my subfolders I see the the list or the icons of my clips.
Is it possible to get a preview picture instead of the icon?
my camcorder always makes a single clip when I press the record button.

on VMC i could see them after I used the "Vista Codec Package" from shark007 (great codec package)

The files I use are mostly .MOV with H.264 Video and AAC audio (720P or 1080P)

Take this tips to get pictures for videofiles. Whether QuickTime is supported, I dont know ...

but to add an image file is not what I was looking for.
I'looking for a possibility that MP automatically shows the picture (1st frame)

No way ... Ore extract the first frame manually and add the pics to the movie-database of MP in the MP-Config.

Did you give "VideoThumbnailer" a try allready ? Still a picture file but might help you out...
