Wow, we have all been there with being “to smart” to look closely at the simple things. So I guess as an old boss of mine used to say “check, check, and double check” that your system date and time and time zone are correct if you have any xmltv import issues. 1. On the XP machine, log on as an Administrative user.
2. Go to Start -> Run and type regedit at the command prompt.
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\NtpClient\

5. Go to File -> Exit
