Problem on First Start (2 Viewers)

Hi, I'm new on Media Portal,
Using Win XP SP3.
After install the media portal, When I first start, it loading the config option. and I choise the Normal mode. It will start loading and it stop at " Adding video section " and have a wanting said need to report to Microsoft.
I had try on my notebook and desktop and have same issue,
Is there any thing I did wrong???

Personally Im not aware of that issue as Ive never seen it. If you want a hand to figure out whats causing it, you could start by providing complete system specs (in User CP, above) and the exact wording of the error. If the popup gives you a 'details' option, click on it and post. Use a screenshot if its too much information to type. Need to know what your hardware is and exactly what the error is telling you. It may also be useful to post your logs if they yield anything that looks relevant.

Thanks for your quick reply.
My computer is HP Presario B1800 ( 1.8G Centrino, 2G RAM, Chinese XP Home, buildin intel 915GM display)

Since it is Chinese text, it is said " Media portal have problem, must cost the applcation"
Then I click the error code and attached both screen for you.

- MP version
- Windows Regional Settings

and

- MP logs

Hi Simone,
The MP version is verson 1.0.2.
My regional setting is China(Taiwan).

BUT, I don't know where tofind the MP logs.

So my guesses were correct.

You have to install 1.1.Beta1 + latest SVN weekly buld to work with China regional settings...

I use Beta 1.1 + MediaPortal SVN-Snapshot:-09-17-2009 18-50h - Revision:23652.rar

And Now it can install and run OK. And I will test other function later today.
