Problem Using Other Apps w/ MP on screen (1 Viewer)

I have a problem that occurs when MP is showing on the screen. If for instance I have MP up and a web browser as well...I can't click in the address bar because it instantly clicks away as soon as I do. I have the same problem with other things as well, I apologize for not being able to provide the best explanation.

I spent a good while setting up MP today and with the help of the Zap2It plugin I'm finally happy with things I simply need to get whatever this problem is figured out.

Thanks in advance, you guys have provided a ton of help in threads I searched through earlier.
