After some help here I got everything working today. However when I setup my 2 DVICO HD DVB-T cards I scanned my channels 1 card at a time so if I clicked on each Card in the TVServer setup I saw the same set of channels on both. So I figured that was sweet. Now when I am in My TV watching TV if I start recording on say channel 7 then try to watch another channel it says I don't have another tuner to use. Yet I do.. What have I not done correctly please?
