My Problem: Whenever I try to play a 30 fps online video, my refresh rate changes to 60 Hz (as planned), but then the video stops. After the online video stopping, refresh rate changes back to 75 Hz. There is no way I can play a 30 fps online video with dynamic refresh rate enabled.

My settings:

Enable dynamic refresh rate control: on

Use device reset: off

Notify on refresh rate change: off

Force refresh rate change: off

Use default refresh rate: off

So there seem to be two problems: changing the refresh rate aborts playback of the online video, and second, Mediaportal seems to go back to a default refresh rate after abort in spite of the option being turned off.
