The crash manifests itelf as a black screen. I think MP is still working underneath but picture is a tad dark - pitch black some would say. </p><p></p><p>When full screen exclusive mode is ticked in the VRM9 settings menu then I get a repeatable crash. In fact, so repeateable that MP is essentially unusable.</p><p></p><p>If I untick the Full screen exclusive mode tick box then no crashes ......... so far - but the night is young.<img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite1" alt=":)" title="Smile :)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":)" />.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Any idea what might be offending the full screen exclusive mode and causing the crashes???? Tearing is rare when hardware accelleration on the ATI decoder is enabled but I have recent graphics hardware which claims DX10 compatibility etc so I suppose it should just work.</p><p></p><p>Also I have heard this EVR thing is supposed to be better for video.
