hi hope i've filled that in ok above never had to do this before!
problem i'm having is that when applying the new svn builds the mpa filter is being applied to my system, once this has been registered i cannot play ac3 audio soundtracks, i've used g-spot to determine that this is the filter my system is trying to use, and after unregistering the filter using code form the start.bat file my system reverts to ffdshow as usual.
my question is whats the problem with the mpa filter? is it supposed to be used to playback ac3 files and if so why does it not work?
thanks in advance
Elliot.
