Problem with previewing channels (1 Viewer)

I'm having trouble with preview on any channel, it gives me an error:
Preview failed: GraphBuildingFailed

I have mapped the channel to the TV tuner card (analog) but can't see the preview, and I have a similar error on the Client computer for all channels (2 total for testing purposes)

Hi,
without any information about system and OS there's nobody out there they can help you. Fill out your sys.spec. in control center and tick the box that will shown them.

I have updated the system configuration. If u need any other info do not hasitate to ask.
