Yep. If it is PAL B then I recommend to try PAL_B + 720x576 + 25 fps. However, it seems you were already using 720x576 and 25 fps, so that is why I suggested to try NTSC values. In any case, usually the settings should be for PAL or NTSC rather than a mixture like you seemed to have before.
