[ problem with Sony mpeg decoder card] (1 Viewer)

I have downloaded Media portal and instal it. After the instal i get the mesage there is no video capture card. In the configuration i tried too ad my sony realtime mpeg decoder card too the capture card option . but i stilget the mesage the is no video capture card.

Is there anyone who can help me.

Im sorry my englisch is not so good , im from holland.

What does the card do exactly? At this stage only proper tv cards work (analogue, dvb, atsc).

sony realtime encoder board

This is a tv card. I have a sony vaio ra 204 computer. my tv card is a sony realtime encoder. normaly is works with vaio zone but i want too use media portal .

Hi,

This card is "officially" supported (http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/Supported_TVCard_Analog_Hardware_Encoding) yet it doesnt work for me... I have the latest SVN build, (no tv server yet) but I keep getting "Unable to create graph for this device!!" error in Media Portal config and in the TV modul in MP...

Any ideas? Should I send a new debug template?

The card is a "Sony MPEG RealTime Encoder" and it came with a Vaio HTPC...
