Problem With TV Guide (1 Viewer)

I am new to MediaPortal; I like the interface and features much more than MCE which I used previously. I had no problem setting up MP and mapping my Cox cable channels to watch. However, I have been tyring for two weeks to get the TV guide feature to work without success.
This feature was easy on MCE- enter a zip code and pick from a list of a few cable providers and it is set up.
I have tried to set up both WebEPG & XMLTV with no luck. The problem seems to be related to finding a valid URL for the TV guide download.
Is it possible to use the MCE source for the TV guide input in MediaPortal? If so, how do I find that URL for Cox cable in Phoenix Arizona?
Otherwise, I would appreciate any help to point out what I am overlooking or doing wrong.

For the U.S., I highly recommend using Schedules Direct. Set your lineup up at Schedules Direct. Install and configure the Schedules Direct plugin (search the forum). One configuration note - I recommend deleting your channels, and telling the Schedules Direct plugin to add them automatically. That's the easiest way to get the channels and guide information to match.

Note: SD is NOT a free service. It's $15/year. It's non-profit - they are just passing on the costs of the guide data. You can sign up for a 7-day trial to see if you like and can get it to work easily before actually subscribing. $15 well spent in my opinion.

I find the xml stuff is a little difficult to deal with, and xml scrapers seem to have to change every time a source site changes format. So SD is more set and forget, in my opinion. (I know other U.S. folks think the XML stuff is easy enough to do.)

Finally got it working with Schedules Direct, but it appears that the "Force EPG Download when MP Starts" in the advanced plug in configuration does not work. It did, however, download the guide at the time set by the EPG Grabber plug in.
Thanks for everyone's help.
