Problem with TV-Remote (1 Viewer)

Hi, I just installed a PCI-TV card with analog and digital receiver and it works fairly. In the package was included the remote but when I push the buttons, thsy don't match with the command. As the remote cannot be programmed, is there a way to configure MP to get the correct input. The remote is not included in the MP list but it works anyway, just with the wrong keys...

Please provide as much info about the remote (and/or TV card/set) as you can. A picture might help as well.
