I believe it is the ip address for my machine & according to the Mediaportal setup the firewall was configured correctly. I haven't tried disabling ipv6 yet. It would be interesting if anyone else has tried it on Win8 yet? I hope it isn't a major issue with Win 8 which goes on sale next week as I can imagine a lot of people trying to use this as WMC is not included..</p></blockquote><p></p>
