problem with video database scan (1 Viewer)

Hi
I am a newbie I have installed media portal ok, I have 131 films on an external harddrive which I can play in media portal
I have done a scan in the video database and it has found 71 out of 131 of my films details from the net which work fine but when I rescan to try and get the rest I get a message "unhandled exception has occured in your application.if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit, the application will close immediately. exception of type "system .Outof memoryexception" was thrown .
If I click continue it will not scan and i cant seem to get any more film details added I,m not sure what to do or what memory the message is talking about maybe I have a setting wrong I dont know any help will be appreciated please try to use simple language as Im not a computer expert thanks

thanks for advice I have lowered the quality and tried the thumbnail fix now it has rescanned and found an extra 20 films but I,m still 50 films short, now when I search it opens a window IMDB movie conflicts with a list of the films which it has not loaded onto the database any idea why this is happening please

This list is for movies which couldn't be autoapproved because of too many similar result so you should check one by one and find exact match of your movie by addition scan in that conflict window (select movie and click find and select from result your movie, you can also edit search string in Title text box if you like).

Anyway, you can also use Moving Pictures plugin (more advanced movie manager). More at: Moving Pictures - MediaPortal Forum
