problem with Windows7 and fullscreen MP (1 Viewer)

When I switch between HDMI inputs on my tv and go back to my mediacenter the screen looks like this:



I have been reading this forum and have been searching for a solution but I keep having this problem. This is what I tried sofar:
- Reinstalled Windows with the latest version of Mediaportal and updated my videocard drivers.
- Installed vnc as mentioned in another post.
- Tried MpResolutionSupervisor_v1.3 written by Zunixnuz.
- I installed a program called "Monitor Asset Manager 2.5" captured the real time EDID data and used this as a displaydriver.

I now have a keyboard attached and everytime I switch from my tv-channel to the mediaportal-channel on my tv I press ctrl enter two times. This is the only way that works for me sofar. I have never had this problem with Windows XP.
Who can help me?

Thank you for your reply. I have tried this but it did not work for me unfortunately.
The problem with the VNC option seems to be that I can not change the resolution of the screen to 1920x1080 when I remotely administer the HTPC when the TV is not on. When I switch my tv off I only have a display device on VGA. Like this:

I finally solved my problem by disabeling the "AMD External Event Utility" service, wich seems to be a part of the ATI Catalyst Control Center. No everything works fine.
