I was surprised how many functions this software has and how stable it is. But I have a problem with the TV. I'm living in Austria near Vienna and we have cable TV (without setboxes). I bought the 500 MCE because it is one of the best supported cards on the market (Vista comes with the driver + driver updates). Now the problem: I can use the card with Vista MCE without problems and two tuners. But when I use the card with MP 0.2.3 RC3 or MP 0.2.2 I can only config. the card (autotune, channel download). In the preview window the selected channel is displayed without problems. But when I go to TV in Media Portal something strange happens. Sometimes it says no signal and the screen is black, sometimes the channel works, but not at a framerate of 25fps - so it looks like a quick Diashow. And last but not least the TV works normal until I use Timeshift - then it crashes. I don't understand these problems.
