BUMP! Problem still present in mediaportal-svn-08-30-2008--13-29-Rev20078.rar.
Am I the only one with this problem? Can someone at least try to reproduce it?
BUMP! Still having this problem with latest SVN, please help. Problem applies to both "Artists" and Album Artists" views. Logfiles attached.
Since migrating from 0.2.3.0 to 1.0 RC I have very odd behaviour in the music views.
I have a large collection so i find it helpful to introduce extra levels in some of the views, using the "group" operator. Oddly enough, a configuration which used to work correctly in 0.2.3.0 now delivers inconsistent results.
With an extra "group by 1" line in the "Albums" view, I get the expected result:
Albums grouped by the first letter at the first level and, after selecting one of these, grouped by the first two letters.
Applying the same configuration to the "Artists" view, however, produces an empty second level.
Why is the behaviour different for similar configurations? Is this a bug?
