Problems with Mediaportal RC3 (1 Viewer)

Sine I installed RC3, I have some weird problems.
It didn't happen directly, but the third time I used mediaportal..

1: when I play a movie, all the movies are suddenly black, but i hear sound
2: when I go back from a that black movie I have lots of UI bugs and mediaportal cannot be used without a restart because nothing works like it should
3: everything repeats again when i start a movie..


The first start of RC3 didn't give me any problems, I didn't have any problems with RC2 as well. Configuration is almost the same as RC2, video decoders are mostyle ffdshow, which it was in RC2..

did you try a fresh install ?

this is not a reply. I just installed mediaportal it gave me 2 icons one was config. and the other one I thought would be the player but it is also a config. what did I do wrong? or do I have to do something else?

-it sounds like you installed without TV server, that should be it, now you need to configure and run it. - using these two icons.
