Problems with MyMusic - Music Asio (ASIO4ALL v.2) (1 Viewer)

HDD: Samsung 250GB + 2 x Samsung 500GB
Memory: 2048 DDR2 Dual Channel 800 Mhz
Motherboard: Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi AP
Video Card: Nvidia 7600GS
Video Card Driver: 163.75
Sound Card: Theatron Agrippa DTS 7.1 (= Auzentech X-Plosion DTS 7.1)

I have a problem to use driver ASIO4ALL v.2.8 in MyMusic.
If i force my audio card to output at 44,1 KHz digital output (S/PDIF), listen music is orrible with Asio Driver.
I must to decheck "Use Asio (Available with BASS only)" or i must to force my audio cardo to output at 48 KHz (and i don't like it).
Wich can be the problem?
