For me this is the only choice after testing a few other Media Software. <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite8" alt=":D" title="Big Grin :D" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":D" /> </p><p></p><p>I use MP now since 2 Month and have had no big troubles with. A few Snapshots crashed from the beginning and others work with small issues I don't bother for <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite2" alt=";)" title="Wink ;)" loading="lazy" data-shortname=";)" /> </p><p></p><p>But now, since a 17xxx snapshot I have troubles watching 1 (one) channel. It's RTL CH. All the others work perfekt.</p><p>When I switch to this channel I got:</p><p>- a black screen w no video and no audio</p><p>or</p><p>- one of the first frames with no audio</p><p>or sometimes</p><p>- after 15 - 30 sec the video start playing but no audio</p><p></p><p>I thought it should is an installation issue because of the lots of svn updates I made and because all the others channel work without any problem. So I uninstalled all MP Software, deleted all Folders and the MSSql Database and made a fresh install. But the Problem still exist w the latest MP and TVServer Version 17180. Made a fresh channel scan also w no luck on this issue.</p><p></p><p>I tried different Codecs (PowerDVD 7.x Codec does not work at all, if I remember right I have read in one Post that this is still an issue, only black screen, h264 instead does work from PowerDVD).</p><p></p><p>What I found on the logs is a "[12]: PROBLEM : descriptor lengths dont match 7 10", don't know if this is related.</p><p></p><p>Perhabs someone has a clue how to fix this one <img src="data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7" class="smilie smilie--sprite smilie--sprite8" alt=":D" title="Big Grin :D" loading="lazy" data-shortname=":D" /> </p><p></p><p>Edit: I tried both, the included and the new V4 TsWriter.ax</p><p>Edit2: I found out that the PowerDVD 7.x Video Codec works when I DON't use the PowerDVD 7.x Audio Codec at the same time.
