Hi
I have two problems with different ts and m2ts files:
The first is discussed here alread:
Playing an VC1 encoded ts file results in no picture but sound. Renaming to mkv helps, but that's not a nice solution. All other players on my system (Zoom, Windos Mediaplayer and , Windos Mediaplayer Classic) can play those files, so I think the problem is MP not selecting the right Codecs. It should not use the file extension but analyze the file itself.
The second problem I didn't find here:
I have one m2ts file which cannot be played on MP, here also all other players on my system work well.
When I start it on MP it first shows the "A decoder for the new track could not be found" error but without giving a track type.
BTW: a dump user intTerface question. If I leave a running movie with ESC key, how can I get back to the movie?
Thanks
