Profiles or Multiple Password Protection (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Is there anyway that I can have multiple password protected filters. At the moment I am using the parental protection but really I would like a way to be able to set profiles or multiple passwords so that for a particular user some films or import paths are not shown. A bit like the way profiles are handled in xbmc.

I am achieving something similar with myFilms by defining separate catalogs.

Multi-user support should come from MediaPortal to do it correct. This is how XBMC does it, but it is still on the ToDo list for MediaPortal.

MediaPortal2 has support for it if memory serves me, but you would have to be willing to run an alpha/beta for production then (aka backup often), and have to switch to MyVideos then, as there is no MovPic development planned for MP2 yet.
