Hi all, I am really sorry to bother you but this is the last thing I have yet to get figured out on my HTPC setup. I listed the specs above, I have Dish Network STB that is connected to my Hauppauge card via coax cable. I can easily get Sat channels with my tuner card set to channel 3 but I am unable to program Media Portal to change channels on my STB.

I have USB UIRT setup in media portal and have my STB program codes set as well as my remote control set. When I test the channel change in media portal config, it changes the channels no problem, but I am unable to get it to do it inside media portal from the program guide. I have tried several things and am still unable tog et it working. If someone cold point me to a tutorial on how to setup the channel programming in media portal config, I would be greatly appreciative. I have been working at this for like 4 weeks now hehe. I set the channel to be controlled by external STB and put in the correct channel number but still no luck. Do I need to put stuff in under the DVB or ATSC tabs? If so whee do I get that info to input it into the config screen?

If anyone is able to help me, thanks in advance for your trouble. I truly appreciate it.
