PROGRAMSTARTTIME not same as STARTTIME (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal 2 Version: 2.2.1

Description
Start of my recordings are sometimes delayed 5-20 minutes. The recorded .xml file shows that the delayed recording was started at STARTTIME and not PROGRAMSTARTTIME as the EPG shows.
I am using DVB EPG.

Did you verify that the time on your PC is correct?

The event log shows that your computer is unable to connect with the online time server time.nist.gov,0x9 and instead synchronizes the system time according to the hardware clock. Change the time server top something else, e.g. ntp.se and try to update the time once again.

The other thing is this error message:

TvThumbnails.VideoThumbCreator: No C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Server\Plugins\SlimTv.Service3\ffmpeg.exe found to generate thumbnails of your video!

This is strange as we don't use ffmpeg.exe and don't distribute it. Did you by chance upgrade from MP1? If yes, you appear to have a mixture of the two software packages in place. Curing this requires an uninstall of MP2. I would then also delete the Team MediaPortal folder in C:\Programs (x86) before reinstalling MP 2.2.1 in the hope that there are no problems in the TV database.

If problems persist, run another test, but then in DEBUG level please.

After reinstalling MP 2.2.1 I had the same problem this night. The recording did not wake up and start at EPG time 01.45 but at 01.57 when another scheduled program "Vattenkamera 2" starts

I did all you asked for:
* Time is all right, as the sheduled task "Vattenkamera" waking up the MP2 recording too late starts at the right time
* I uninstalled MP2 and then the MP2 folder also was deleted
* I reinstalled MP 2.2.1
After that I got the result in post #5 pointing at MP2 can not wake my PC at the MP2 scheduled time.

And about DEBUG mode: Did my included logs be from debug mode or is there a higher level of debugging?

Yes, log level is correct. Unfortunately the logs are now flooded with this warning message:

I'll try to find my way around anyway.

There still is this error message:

The reason is that you activated the thumbnailer in the settings. This is not necessary as MP2 has its own thumbnailer generator. Please deactivate it and this error message will be gone.

So what you say is that some recordings work correctly, but others don't and in those cases the PC didn't wake up? Did you set up the PowerScheduler?
