Hey guys! After I disabled the Antec Fusion Remote (too sensitive and imprecise), I changed for the Hauppauge remote: http://www.hauppauge.eu/boutique_us/images_produits/1111111.jpg Normally, there's the possibility to configure the remote directly in MediaPortal. Since there's no error output, I thought that this way must work but theres no reaction after I press a button. If I use the option "Universal HID", the remote works fine. Funnily enough is every key perfectly mapped, the labels on the remote are all correct. So I've got two problems: First of all, I don't know how to change buttons. The power button for example causes a closure of MediaPortal, but I want it to shutdown the computer. Second: The bigger problem. The signal overlays with the one of the TVs remote! So if I increase the volume, MediaPortal goes crazy. Does anybody know how to fix this? Is it possible that I have to use another software, like EventGhost or something? fabs edit: I noticed that I had the "Universal HID" AND the Hauppauge remote activated in the configuration. But now, the latter works even if I disable the general HID, I don't know why. So it was possible to map the power button like I wanted but the second problem rests. Seems that I bought the only TV which remote overlays with the hauppauge remote -.- But now, there's another issue: With the iMon remote, I can wake up the PC from standby or even when it is turned off. How to do this with the Hauppauge remote? Theres no such point in the windows energy management of the IR-reciever.
