Tribute to OUR TEAM
I was wondering about the team structure - the way our helpfull admins/devs/mods fit together.
It would be nice to know if something like that exist and what it looks like. The team is thanked on a daily basis. If we know the structure, we will know who we are thanking/donating to.

A few positions that I have noticed:
1. Portal testers like ronilse, The_Stig, Taipan, Muldini, Koschel

2. Administrators like infinityloop (who is also Test Team Leader AND Vice Project Coordinator), luke (long time missing?)

3. Super moderators like Paranoid Delusion, Spragleknas, Marcusb

4. Developers like frodo (aka yamp on SVN), and-81, gibman, diehard2, hwahrmann, rtv, mPod, James, tourettes, gemx, lkuech, mofux, Harley, dukus, Mr Hipp, micheloe (no forum posts?), maschine, Broceliande, ziphnor, scoop

5. Webadmin like high

6. Docs team like idioteque

7. Portal Manager like dman_lfc (sounds like an important position?)

8. Portal designer like LordMessi

I am sure that I have missed a lot of names. Hope you can help us fill in the blanks and draw the picture.


Do you guys have a formal structure?
Are you willing to share it with the public?
Are developers divided into groups like lead/senior/normal/junior developers?
Who is the project coordinator (iloop is vice)?
What do you do with our donations? Is it divided? How (rank/contributions/time-on-team)? Or buy hardware? Hosting? I sure hope it is used to spoil you.

Isn't Psycho Reptile a portal designer? Harley belongs in that category as well, but I see you mentioned him in devs.

It would be great if you could make a organization chart! I think a lot of people think you guys are 100+ people doing this while you actually only have a few active people working on this at any given time.. The groups thing doesnt really tell us more then who participated once.. lots of those people I've never seen before. In MP2 for instance: Who is actually working on it?
