PVR150MCE can't IRBlast (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

I got the hauppauge 150MCE kit - installed it and run it in MP - everything works great but the IRBlaster, tried using MCE replacement driver and MyBlaster with no success, in MCE replacement plugin after teaching it ir commands and trying to test them nothing happens, also can't start myblaster configuration getting runtime error 91, MyBlaster plugin says in the log that it can't fint the myblaster.dat file and i have no way to create it cause when running blaster.exe all the otions are greyd out - can't learn or test
In microsoft MCE (XP or Vista) Blasting works just fine - changes channels on my STB without a problem at all - but i really preffer MediaPortal

Any help will be greatly apritiated..

I've got the same pack but I can't get my remote to work. I'm on Windows XP which is most likely the issue ey . But have you got any idea what i could do? Can you somehow extract the drivers or something?

all you need to do is install mce replacement driver - after that just go to device manager and manually install the driver from c:\program files\mce replacement driver, when i say manualy i mean - when it asks you to search fo rthe driver press don't search i will find the driver myself then select "have disk" and point to c:\program files\mce replacement - all will work

Hi, just joined and found this thread. I'm also looking for the mce replacement driver and could not find it anywhere. I'm using Vista Home Premium. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The replacement driver can be found in the MCE Replacement Plugin forum sub-section. The Windows XP version comes with the plugin but there is a Vista 32-bit version available in the forum sub-section ...
