I don't know what the really means, but resumably, there's no FM on the cable(?), and I can't put a Faraday cage around the HTPC.So it looks to me like this Hauppauge 'dual' 2250 tuner just does not work very well at this cable frequency; ie, one tuner operating at any frequency causes a problem with the other tuner at 103.25.And it appears the only way 'around it' is the avoid the situation.</blockquote>
