When tuning to a clear qam channel mediaportal hangs (no black screen or anything, just frozen) for anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes before the 1080i signal actually kicks in and starts playing on the client. I have tried tuning multiple times and each time the wait is different. SD Analog tunes and is played within seconds on the client. On the client when mediaportal finally does start playing the stream it is live and plays without any issues. As a test i tried tuning with the mediaportal client and connecting to the stream with vlc at the same time, vlc is able to view the stream immediately while MP is hung. I have tried ditching rtsp in favor of the network share method with the same results. Also on a likely unrelated problem i receive an error on the server when stopping the stream relating to accessviolations. i have attached the logs for both the server and client. The sequence of events is as follows: Start TV Server Start Mediaportal Client Tune in MP ->Approximately 19:47:30 Streaming Starts ->Approximately 19:54:00 Stop Stream ->Approximately 19:54:14 Close Mediaportal Client Collect Logs Any help would be greatly appreciated.
