I have never used ReClock but setting up my computers with MP 1.1 I'm looking for a complete setup but I have some questions regarding ReClock. From what I understand what it does is to make sure that you play back videos at the correct framerate be it 24fps, 23,976fps or something else, is that correct?
If so, who needs this? What software/hardware/TV is not capable of doing this on their own?
Mediaportal has an option called Dynamic Refreshrate Setup does this do the same thing as ReClock?
