[TV] & Radio: Add timer-controlled option for recordings (1 Viewer)

It would be great to be able to record TV or radio-shows on channels without EPG.
If i know that tomorrow show xxx on channel yyy will be sent, then it would be good to say this MP.
eg start recording tomorrow on the desired channel at 8 pm and end after 3 hours.
