I'm getting a random "Please Insert Disc" messages poping up - when I'm not doing anything. When I say not doing anything I mean

no one is in the room.

timings to speed up log check      14:37:45,              14:43:31

There is NO disc in the DVD drive, the drive hasn't been opened or closed, no USB drives have been inserted/removed
