Hey,

Has anyone looked at the Raspberry Pi it's a super cheap computer which has an arm chip and a HDMI port.

I'm hoping I can run the MediaPortal Client on a Raspberry Pi, would MediaPortal run on Debian, Fedora or ArchLinux running on an ARM processor?

At the moment I have MediaPortal running on my gaming PC. It works great but the pc uses a lot of power.

Let me know what you think.

Really? I just saw Open-Source and assumed that it was multi-platform.
I'll have to switch to MythTV then.

I could have this totally wrong but I thought that there was a plugin to use mediaportal server as a backend to xmbc.
The raspberry pi can run xmbc http://www.raspberrypi.org/archives/571
I think that anyone under estimating the power of this little board would be wise to have a little look at the specs!

The only thing we still need is to get the production line running for this baby, Have been following the developments for about a year now.
