RC2 timeshift failing - No TV - folder missing. (1 Viewer)

FYI

After installing RC2 (previous was SVN RC1(2) from 11-July), I found timeshift (from MP client or manual) would fail.
This was due to missing timeshiftbuffer folder.
e.g.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\timeshiftbuffer

Create the "timeshiftbuffer" folder and it works ok.

please provide the log with the failing situation. Tv-Server should create the missing folders automatically.
