I just wiped my htpc and started over. I installed ATI 8.9 catalyst and I have an AMD 690g motherboard. With every version of MP after a few days, it begins to slow until the GUI is very jerky. It never stops working because of this, just text scrolling is near useless and its overall not a good user experience. Does anyone else have this problem? This was mentioned a while back here: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/general-support-51/gui-gradually-slows-every-time-i-open-mp-43087/ but no one has commented. Any ideas? Is there a way to flush video memory via command line or perhaps some more advanced task manager to see what is gobbling up all the resources? If i could just reboot without having to have the tv on (ATI won't detect TV) I'd just set it to reboot nightly and be done with it. Thanks
