RC3 minimizes playing some MKV files (1 Viewer)

i always had ffdshow and rc3 minimizes from the secondary screen (compared to _never with rc1), but its because i start using the primary screen running/using any other application (MP "loses focus" ?? and it minimizes)

I've just installed 20755 SVN build. MP doesn't minimize on mkv files as before but it losts focus. And as I can see MP Watchdog becomes active (although it's not visible).

Ya I have the same "loses focus" problem with RC3 and RC4. I have to set MediaPortal to "Always on top" to avoid this problem. But then if MediaPortal locks up while it's always on top then I can't get to Task Manager to kill it, which is very annoying.
