RC4 2 questions (1 Viewer)

1. When I choose to delete a file using the mce remote, it is very very slow scrolling through the options. In RC3 I could press the up or down arrow and the screen would respond as fast as I pressed the buttons. In RC4 I can press the up button 4 times fast but the screen delays by seconds. I will press the button and the action won't happen for a 2-3 seconds it seems.

2. When RC4 loads I see all these things such as directx initializing and so forth...is this a known issue or did I just not see this in RC3?

It's not a bug, it's a feature

What you see is the new splashscreen,
you can (de)activate it in MP configuration/general .

Make sure you have very latest directx and .net versions installed.

"very latest directx" - does this apply to Vista32 SP1? ie, are we supposed to update to a later version of DirectX?
